That's been the problem with this ****ing team for years. When a player goes down, the whole ****ing team is lost because nobody steps up. We expected Fast and Miller to step up? Yeah ****ing right. Seasoned veterans aren't stepping up, why should they? Absolutely laughable. Like this whole ****ing organization.

Also a friendly reminder that the Devils only had three shots.

Its not coaching. Torts inherited a very good Vancouver team. I watched them dominate the Pens in Pittsburgh today in terms of chances and possession, which the Rangers never did once ever against the Pens in any venue.

Vigneault's a good coach, but not that good. Strong, balanced rosters can handle injuries with little problem.

Did you miss the last two games we played against them last season?

There's no excuse for being completely outplayed and blown out in 3 of 7 games this season. Even with all the injuries and learning a new system, a team should be capable of playing competitive hockey, keeping the score close, and playing hard.

The fact that this team is unable to play with any intensity against one of our biggest rivals is also very concerning.

Okay boys, here we go, big ****ing 3rd period rally. Richards with a hatty, Boyle with BIG game tying goal in the last minute. Rangers win in OT.

LGR!!!

:sarcasm: lol just kidding **** this team

So, assuming we are not luck enough for a sexual harassment lawsuit . . .

how bad do we have to look for Dolan to realize he owns a hockey team and fires Sather.

Lundqvist and Jagr prevented this team from going through a full rebuild back in 2005, but it sure looks that process was only delayed so long.

I understand not wanting Pyatt on the top line, but honestly who is a better option right now?

Coach is trying to do the best he can with what he's got, that's on Sather.

While I agree, I still would have preferred someone different than AV. Typical lazy Sather.

And Torts is a much, much better coach than some of the people on here gave him credit for. He did what he could with this "roster."

He wasnt a coach. He was a Drill Sergeant. If you want to consider his strategy of collapsing and allowing Lundqvist to be the difference maker, then fine.

I mean, his PPs were always garbage and the Rangers never had the puck. From an X's and O's standpoint, he was pretty mediocre.
