If this is a day to day UBI it would be the 4th one suffered by a Flyers forward in the last month.

Coots and Raffl had them in preseason, and Umberger got one in game 2.

With the substitutions in place, I'd imagine the second PP unit could be as follows:

  • R.J. Umberger
  • Sean Couturier
  • Sam Gagner
  • Michael Del Zotto
  • Evgeny Medvedev

Looking forward to seeing RJ in the line up, i think he will be much better overall than last year . When healthy he is a solid player with a skill set our club needs .

Starters: Neuvirth, Gudas-Del Zotto, Raffl-Giroux-Voracek

Starting goalies: Neuvirth vs. Rask

Scratches: Lecavalier, B. Schenn (upper body injury; day-to-day) and Manning

Referees: Marc Joannette, T.J. Luxmore...Luxmore is in his first full-time season as an NHL ref. He replaced the now-retired Paul Devorski.

Boston: Connolly added to top line with Bergeron and Marchand as starters.

They immediately avenged that in a way I imagine they found quite satisfying.
That isn't the type of thing that guarantees any sort of mutual hatchet burial. The opposite, if anything. Anyway, there's been plenty of bad blood involving injuries and suspensions. The games in the past 6-8 years have tended to be fairly emotional for the players and fans. I suppose it may have eased up in the last year, maybe two.
