I hate it that these guys are the ones losing their jobs over upper management's blunders and yet they get shiny new titles and funneled further away into the organization, it's such bull****.

Scouts are supsupposed to find the players for the team. We spent a lot if time blaming mact lowe and eakins. But i blame all the people in the room. We had a lot of reaches in the drafts

The pro scouting staff wasn't getting the job done, and that includes Sammy. I wouldn't mind if they kept Semenko around in a PR role. Let him go visit the local schools or something. Most kids who never saw him play still know him from Don Cherry talking about him every other week.

All scouts have already given their lists and recommendations. Not sure how much value there would be to hold onto them up to the draft.

Lowe's as far away, with his OEG role, as he's ever going to get until he retires I suspect.

I still hold out hope Mac-T gets fed up with his relegated/largely ignored "assistant to the GM" role and resigns or latches on elsewhere

Side note: If one of you photo shop wizards could put Mac-T's face (in the similar grey scale/silhouette look) on this logo and replace "regional" with "general" that would be absolutely hilarious
