I just checked Turcotte's twitter...all he has added today, is a short vid of Bjornfot, from rookie camp, in which Bjornfot says 'Turcotte took me to Chiplotle, so that was good" and no comment.
Sounds like he's amped to be coming to So Cal and playing with the Reign and reuniting with the ones he already knows...and get on with becoming a great teammate and pro!

If not for the fact that games probably won't be played in front of fans, I'd be chomping at the bit to go the next Gulls-Reign game in San Diego to see him in pro action!

Thought Turcotte would be better served playing another year at Wisconsin but after they were blown out by Ohio State 9-1...well...I pulling for the French-Canadien kid born in the USA. Hope he becomes a gamer

I wonder how his knee is doing? I wouldn’t want to throw him out there if it’s impeding his skating to any degree

He looked fine in the last Wisco games.

Seems like LA is satisfied with it as well, at least to the extent of practice.
 
Awesome that they signed him. Now all we need is to survive the NHL announcement on the coronavirus >.<

With the concerns of the coronavirus affecting the season, he was probably able to convince him it's not likely he'd play a game in the NHL this season

I thought he should have stayed another year but he’ll be a good one! A slightly more skilled Larkin in my estimation.

Turcotte taking the ice this morning....with the Reign. Love it.

Mark Yannetti, the Kings’ director of amateur scouting, was reassured by the way Turcotte finished the regular season:

“He looked really good the last three weeks of the season,” Yannetti said. “His game started to approach what it was the first quarter of the season. We break the season into quarters. The first quarter (of) Turcotte’s season was dynamic. His first quarter was better than any drafted college player, any player his age in college.
“It wasn’t close for me.”

From what I understood ; obviously it can change at any time but for now the season is just postponed atleast for a month , when the league resumes they will either go straight into the playoffs or extend the calendar into the summer . This is not a vacation and I believe teams will still be rehabbing and practicing .

got this from the NBA , idk if things will be diff for NHL but these are what’s being said of the NBA. Guess we’ll see.
