I personally own a small company where I employ techs that go out in the field and represent my company.
If my head tech is going around and screwing up all my top accounts due to incompetence, do I continue to allow him to put a black mark on my company and possibly lose all of the accounts he covers or do I step in and make the necessary changes so I can remain in business?
At what point do you, as the person in charge say enough is enough?
If I were JG, I'd be out of business..

You’re ignoring the main point of my post which is about getting players to fit a style of play. This coach doesn’t practice that style of play.
