letting umberger, raffl, or vv play over Weal just astounds me
Jakub Voracek (good but percentages down)- Claude Giroux (on an island) - Wayne Simmonds (weaker 5on5)
Matt Read (please return to form) - Michael Raffl (please return to last year's form) - Brayden Schenn (good inconsistently)
Chris VandeVelde (tweener) - Pierre-Edouard Bellemare (followed up a solid last year with being invisible this year) - Ryan White (last 20 games been brutal)
R.J. Umberger (buy out candidate) - Scott Laughton (they will never help you) - Sam Gagner (buy out candidate, too soft for bottom 6)
Michael Del Zotto (playing on too high a pairing) - Shayne Gostisbehere (great)
Nick Schultz (slipping) - Mark Streit (still recovering from injury - long in tooth)
Brandon Manning (tire fire) - Radko Gudas (good in some ways)
Mark this down as a W for the Flyers.
It's more astonishing that you think Weal is anywhere close to Raffl.
Looks good to me, but I'd just have to correct you on three guys:
VdV - Is most definitely worse than a tweener, unless by tweener you mean an ECHL - AHL tweener.
Bellemare - Dumb dumb coach playing him higher than he should be. When he plays in his correct place, like last year, he's great for what he is.
Bumberger - Didn't say enough negative things about him.
NBCSN is saying...
Gagner - raffl - schenn
Read - Laughton - weal
