McCann's a total loser in Seattle? He's led the team in points every year he's been there and potted 40 (more than any Penguin that year) in 2022-23, the same year Kraken came within 2 goals of advancing to the Western Conference Finals after knocking off champion Avs. Twice team MVP. Maybe we need more total losers? Granted Kraken were one of the league's worst offensive teams in two of those three years, but the Pens were hardly juggernauts, lounging between league average and below average in two of the three as well.

Yes. He stunk in that playoff run and is a classic example of a decent player on a bad team having his production over inflated.

This is a very unfortunate post. Why? Because time and time again his plan has been spelled out. If you want to suggest it's ''nebulous corporate speak'' that's your prerogative. Sounds as if many here just don't want to accept it.

That's the issue here really. It's not that you don't know what the plan is. It's that you don't want to accept what the plan is. It's very obvious.

The issue with you and so many here is that you want a quick fix because you're tethered to dinosaurs who don't deserve your loyalty. There is no quick fix, there is no calvary coming just over them thar hills.

Moving Yager for McG is not an attempt at a long term build.

McG for Yager will not impact this team for a year or two at best. Trading Jake for the player, prospects and pick we acquired is also not a sign of a quick turnaround. Taking on cap dumps like Hayes and Glass also suggests it'll take time. Trading Smith and Ruhwedel for picks and then using a 4th to get Tomasino could help now but not to any large degree.

Now _that_ was an entertaining game from start to finish.
Mostly the penguins looking pathetic physically.
I usually watch 'away' (but i mean the other teams broadcast) and tonight I listened to the penguins feed... that guy is worse than mears. Pure delusion from this guy all around... laugh you out of your job level bad. I can't even directly quote one of them, but... "this penguins crowd is highly educated and they are letting the officials know it" is so just so awful and desperate attempts to feign unwavering support.
Speaking of away feeds, the columbus game had mears on.... also awful, just a different kind of pathetic.

After the 2nd or 3rd goal... why did Sid go flying into the boards? Lost his edge?
