Pretty sure Nash did play last time.

However if I didn't already know that before the game I probably would've had to confirm afterwards.

Why the heck is Zucc on the 3rd line? The most effective forward these days :shakehead

I'm pretty sure AV recognises that very fact, its why he's getting the most icetime out of any forward recently, even last match when he didnt get on the scoresheet.

Also, Pouliot has been great recently, and Brassard has found his stride. Its a good line, much better than Richards and Cally (imo at least)

Nice to see Lundqvist starting. Going to the game tonight. Would have been so disappointed to see Cam in net.

I hope Talbot starts against Chicago. If everyone thinks he is better than Lundqvist, he should be the one playing the elite teams in the NHL.

The last sentence makes zero sense. If he's playing better than Lundqvist, it means he gets the majority of starts..which he should.

You don't just play your goalies against the elite. It has everything to do with scheduling. Matter of fact, I'm pretty sure Marty Biron got a start against Chicago in 2011 (last time we played them).

Well, if that is the case, and Talbot has been better all year, why has Lundqvist faced more playoff teams, higher scoring teams, etc.

Someone had it in another thread, where Lundqvist's quality of competition is a full standard deviation above Talbot.

If that's the case, and Talbot really is the #1 goaltender, he should be getting those guys.

Talbot is in for a rude awakening if the Rangers give in a sub par performance and he starts against a team like Chicago.

Regardless, I'm just happy I will get to see our franchise guy in net for the one game I'm going to.

try number 8 to go to where no Ranger has been this season! +2 all new heights. Please, lucky number 8.

If Hank wins tonight, he will start in Chicago as well. I don't see it any other way.

Would like to see the Kreider-Stepan-Zuccarello line united.
Kreider-Stepan-Zuccarello
Hagelin-Richards-Nash
Pouliot-Brassard-Callahan
Boyle-Moore-Miller

So sick of hearing about Dubinsky. Thanks for 4 great years, pal, but it's over now.

Destroying this team would be a good start.

People still butt hurt that we have another capable goalie?

Only thing that matters is winning, I don't care who is in net as long as they help us win.

Wasn't the brass zucc poo line together in the preseason?

Yeah pretty much, and it was a disaster. Guess we'll find out if it sticks this time.

Also I'm real tired of the Kreider-Stepan-Nash line, its not living up to its potential, some tossing around is in order

to be fair the whole team was a disaster at that point.
