it would work fine if they didnt skate practically into defenders so to make shooting or passing impossible~this PP1 personnel is wrong and it doesn't work~
They're the Canucks.Wow. Ok. Didn’t the Canucks sign him to a relatively long-term deal worth 3-4 mil a year though?

Yupp. Great at drafting. Poor at signing FAs. And generally doesn’t do well in trades besides the bozo tradeBenning is a weird GM.
He consistently finds absolutely amazing players for nothing and absolutely adores useless players.
Not much middle ground.
They have one of the best cores in the NHL but he's got the whole "my role players have to be bad" bug.Yupp. Great at drafting. Poor at signing FAs. And generally doesn’t do well in trades besides the bozo trade
With ADA and Strome where they are, there's no chance for a one-time shot from those parts of the ice. So teams can just collapse and not have to worry about a shot. They need someone who can one-time the puck either up top or where Strome is to open up other passing lanes.not enough net front presence, no plays down low, it's all to the perimeter, no shot off of the dish anywhere, opposition collapse by every team works well against it.
The Rangers were 5th in the NHL in attempted shots the last two years Renney coached the team.I do not understand the trepidation about shooting the god damn puck on this team. This goes back the Renney days.
Panarins is even betterHopefully Zib never cuts his hair again. So luscious.
Rangers were 4th in CF60 in AV's 1st year. Since then it's gone downhill. The Rangers were 5th in the NHL in attempted shots the last two years Renney coached the team.
AV started that ****.
I remember in the 90s JD would talk about telling kovalev to shoot in Russian “.strelyat, strelyat, strelya” so it’s been a issue for decades.I do not understand the trepidation about shooting the god damn puck on this team. This goes back the Renney days.
Just wait until we trade Kreider and Fast lolnot enough net front presence, no plays down low, it's all to the perimeter, no shot off of the dish anywhere, opposition collapse by every team works well against it.
