To be fair, Jarvis hasn't had the kind of impact I would have expected of him. But he's not the only one. Marchand has also been invisible. Reinhart is getting more minutes than both of them and is struggling just as much
He played well in game 1 but like many Canadian forwards was shut down in game 2

Yeah, at this point it feels like he could replace anyone not named McDavid, Crosby or MacKinnon and have a similar impact. And we know Cooper isn’t going to sit his own guys or the vet Marchand so that leaves Jarvis unfortunately.

I dunno, in the game vs Sweden he was pretty damn solid. He didn't do anything against the US but this US team is a wagon.

Next time definitely needs to be a 5 Nations tournament with a ROW group so the likes of Drai, Necas, Pasta, Stutz, & Kuch/Shesty (if they allow Russian players) get a chance to play as well. Honestly pulling for the "ragtag" group as an underdog of sorts adds another layer to it. Who DIDN'T enjoy seeing Latvia win against Canada in WJC U20? Like, it was equivalent of winning a gold medal for them because they're such an underdog.
