World Cup: 4 Nations Tournament- Team USA (2025)

I said before the tournament started that we have the better roster top to bottom, I don’t know why people keep talking about Canada being some juggernaut. Their top talent is better but we are deeper, especially at goalie.

With that said, we also beat them without Makar. Their defense is pretty thin given Theodore is also out. I’m expecting a better Canada on Thursday.

Top talent can win a single game as easy as depth can.
 
I would prefer not losing tonight, but coming out healthy is the most important thing. I don't think this will be a letdown game with our eyes elsewhere. Interested to see how the pairings shake up with Charlie out...and if the 3rd and 4th line get more ice time tonight.

To be fair, they are not blameless, either. There are legitimate issues that concern the US. Mr Bombastic sure gets everyone’s attention with his wild talk. This will all be worked out in the end, both countries are too important to each other.

I should have been more specific. He should give Swayman a period. Absolute shitty thing to do as the game is meaningless. No excuse at all.
