He's way too neurotic for his own good. He needs to get out of his own head, and just play hockey.

I don't think the hockey ever left him. It seems like the mental part has, and when he stops thinking so much and just goes out on the ice and plays hockey that he still has it in him.

We can call Leo a huge talent all we want, but so far he’s done nothing to prove he belongs here. Major mistake IMO might aswell pick someone who can actually win a draw or score more than 0,5ppg.
