This isnt a shot at Mason but i don't know why Stolarz isn't getting more games. He looks calmer in net than Mason.

Cousins is playing well on the wing. Looks more comfortable than earlier games on the wing.

Hes barely been given a chance to play here in that role.

Im going off of the last 5 years of his career not his small sample size here playing mostly out of position so he can watch Bellemare lose faceoffs that he would likely win.

He was signed to a 1 year deal worth $950K on the first day of free agency. The whole league including the Flyers despite their comments didn't think that highly of him.

You don't need a big sample to see he's slow & can't keep up with the play these days. It happens he's like 32-33 years old.

Gordon probably was just an insurance signing in case of injuries.

MDZ is our worst D man
Haks line may be the most useless line I've ever seen.
Couts playing off wing on PP is moronic.

Shocking we are only down 1 with this line up.

Are PEB and VdV inseparable? Holy **** how can two people occupy such similar space on the ice. They were within arms reach like 4 times that shift

At least he won't be impeding his own goalie for the next 2 minutes

Ridiculous, again. Giroux just got nailed in the back on that PP and they call nothing. They aren't managing to manage the game, but they are managing to ruin it. Morons.

Dale Weise has been noticeable this game. What happens when you have Couturier as your center, but he's been pretty good.

Simmer has been a mess.

Yup. Had to take the pass on his backhand to protect puck, and then try to get it back on it too.

Just ridiculous that they have not changed it.

Pretty much every decent PP unit has the guys on their 'opposite' side.

Yet none of our beats will ask why so we are left clueless and frustrated.
