He reminds me of a Lettieri. Good numbers in AHL and just doesn't translate. Yet I see his name in here like he's gonna take 2C or 3C in the next couple years.

I don't get it at all. Doesn't pass the NHL eye test in anyway.

Strome needs like a medium level of confidence. Not so little that he gets down on himself, not so much that he gets weird with it

I've seen him play against kids in Traverse and look mediocre. I've seen him get call ups in the NHL and look like he can dump and chase pretty well.

A lot of A guys struggle to transition. I think he's one of em. Not a ton of skill. Might be able to carve out a 4th line C roll if he plays vanilla hockey .

Man some of you are way too hard on the guys. Missing a boatload of players and they played a pretty solid period overall. GDTs suck.

Been watching him since he was a kid, if you saw him in peewee you'd think he'd peak as a junior b, by bantam you think maybe major junior, then by midget its like hmmm maybe more...he continues to grow, its hard to predict his ceiling but i think he's an ideal 3c on a good team

He reminds me a bit of a poor man's Dom Moore. He doesn't have Moore's offense, but he's assertive on the ice and doesn't seem to get bothered by much (he's not a guy I would ever expect to get stuck in his own head).
