This is why I hate the Lundqvist contract. Not because I don think he's great but because our team isn't good. It takes a non playoff team and makes them a borderline playoff team which doesn't help us rebuild. No championship team will be built around a goalie. We need that money to go elsewhere.

Time to stop pretending like the Flames have for years and rebuild. Meaning let's actually gain some draft picks at the deadline for once.

Rock bottom was when the PAA's "last minute of play in the period" would get louder applause than any player on the ice.
