I mean Igor makes a save on that third goal he makes in his sleep and literally every other game he's played this season and we possibly get it to OT. Strome not scoring and hitting a post is more luck than anything, it was an inch away. Strome also hit the post against Vegas last game where he could have sealed the game. Posts are more or less bad luck. Granted the Panthers had their share too and so did Vegas but "yeah but we didn't" is an unrealistic way of looking at a sport that's 50% luck. Our record against teams not in the playoffs is also an anomaly. Also, we haven't even played half a season and teams haven't played the same number of games and we're already talking about our record against playoff teams?

Oh my friend I definitely am not judging him on 17 games. I’m judging him on his entire underwhelming display since he’s been drafted. His crying his lack of effort. Believe me way more than his 12 pts. But if he wanted to show everyone something special it would be a lot more than 12 pts in 17 games in his d4 season in minor league hockey

I don’t think this game was as bad as people are making it out to be. Panarin scored, Mika scored, and Kreider scored. Igor had a bad night but it’s his first game back in weeks. Focus on Tampa, that is gonna be a challenge.
