This team is begging for a top 6 forward to boot Hunt to the 4th line. He's an offensive blackhole on Panarin's line. That that's f***ing negative talent. Gallant is butchering his lineups. Brain dead coach.

I get it. Everyone is on Hunt's case but maybe if our 1OA or 2OA (for a very long time) could show us something playing in a top 6 spot we wouldn't be talking about this.

Total collapse in the third. Not just from Igor but being arguably our best player, I put it on him. That 3rd goal was atrocious and is the reason we didn't get the extra point. Seriously, he f***ing sucked today. Had a Georgiev level game. I can't remember one memorable save he made all game and then just was a sieve in the third.

If Strome scores on his breakaway or can one-timer a pass from Bread, it's a different game going up 3-1. It's not even about better teams being so better than us that we lose, but we just shoot ourselves in the foot by consistently not finishing. Giving up these chances to good teams is our downfall. Then there's games like the ones vs CO where we just get steamrolled and there's nothing you can do. Tonight, it was nothing about FL being "better", but us being mediocre.

They should really move Laf or Goat up to the Panarin line. I wonder if Panarin and Strome choose to play with Hunt instead of the other possible options. You know they are the power couple in the locker room.

Its wild man. The Strome defenders are awfully quiet right now. Early in this game it was ‘BUT STROME MADE THE PASS TO (WIDE OPEN) PANARIN FOR THE 1ST GOAL!!’ — after that Strome took penalties, made dumb passes, and defended poorly. His usual self.

Panarin will SURVIVE with someone else.

Let's face it. Kreider is awesome on the PP but 5 on 5 he is just as much a black hole on offense as Hunt.

This team doesn't do enough things NHL teams do, which is go into the middle, funnel traffic and pucks to the middle of the ice, and play with jam.

Laf isnt physically ready. Unbelievably Chytil has regressed in the physicality game, getting bodied, won't take the body to make a difference, despite growing physically.

Hunt is a solid 4th line forward so it's a little unfair to judge him for being put in a spot he has no business being in.

It'd be like trotting Dorsett out there with Richards and Gaborik.

We played a good game against a good team. Igor got beat clean twice, it happens. Bob made some big saves, it happens.

Drury needs to get a top 6 RW. Hunt has no business there.

The fact that our #1 pick is playing with two guys that couldn't create an offensive chance if they had guns to their heads and Hunt is on the 2nd line is just mind boggling. You either get better players for the 3rd line or move him off it, he's never getting going where they have him.
