Yeah, I'm going to say no with the Zaitsev pick because it falls the same as Kovalchuk. If I banned him/Radulov, I have to ban other KHL players that haven't played yet.

[*]The only exception will be NCAA players who have yet to sign. They can be drafted and salaries can be added later.
