Don't bother. There's more blaming of Girardi for it going off of him in the second piece of a double deflection than there was for Staal completely leaving a man open that led to a goal. People just want to scapegoat.

That's something I hate about AV. Even when we get scored on twice in the shortest amount of time he never ever calls a time out. The only time out he'll ever call is the standard last-minute-down-a-goal-desperation timeout. That's something where I miss Torts.
