id just waive him at this point. he is so unbelievably awful. cant score and is a liability in every other way possible when on the ice.

He would only cost the Rangers $75K on the cap if waived---how thin is the ice on which Pouliot is skating? We also see why Jack Edwards (when Pouliot was with Montreal) called him one of the worst recent first-rounders.
