Callahan is a good player.. on a team with depth he would be a 3rd liner... he only scored 50 pts once..
 
Callahan is a first liner on a horrible team, second liner on a bad team, third liner on a good team, and fourth liner on a cup contender.

Something with his hand, maybe? I'm just guessing here. All I know is that I think I've seen Callahan fumble more pucks in front of the net this season than I can remember in the last few seasons combined. Something is up. A player doesn't just forget how to play in his bread and butter zone overnight.

Callahan has been on about a 30 goal pace for like 3 straight years. I know a lot of it came from the PP, but I don't think he's a horrible 2nd liner. Preferably he's a 3rd liner. This year she should definitely be a 3rd liner.
 
When he's playing poorly, people say he's a third liner. When he's playing well, people make fun of that and say that he's obviously more. Like a lot of things around here, it all depends on what is happening the day the discussion is going on.
