Savard deserved the criticism he got and he's said as much. He was already exceptional offensively and his on ice vision was the best in the game. Fans were on him just as much as Claude and the coaching staff were. Savvy put in the work and within a year, was one of the best overall players in the league.
IMO, his ceiling could be a Krejci style player but he's a ways off.
Zegras is nowhere near where Savard was. He's a good player but he's still got a lot of room to improve. I'm not sure he has the ability to handle the responsibilities the Bruins put on their forwards and especially their center's.
