Yup, and he's outscoring everyone in Boston not wearing #88.

I didn't want him either. But then I looked at his stats, hopped over to the Bruins Stats site and the picture was even more depressing.

Yea, we have to endure some more dark seasons is a good bet.Sweeney has his head stuck in team Canada land at moment so not expecting much anytime soon.

would not surprise me to see them trade the few future assets we have for some half-ass attempt to squeak into the playoffs, only to be knocked out early. We need new ownership, one that won't put up with the incompetence of this front office and coaching staff.

Why would Seattle do that Daccord is over 3 mil cheaper than Sway, numbers are better, the only negative is Daccord is three years older. Don't get me wrong, I would love a Beniers and a Daccord, just is a fantasy conversation.

Don't hold me to it, because I did not see personally, but I have been told he is doing job interviews. ........P.S. those interviews are for his future employment, he hopes.
 
No stop gaps for trades. I'm thankful they didn't give up a 1st for Granlund.

If they're talking to the Ducks, gotta figure Zegras is in the discussion. He's not my favorite player in the world but he's the kind of player the Bruins need to target: skilled, mid-ish 20's age with more upside than his current stock to keep the price down since the Bruins can't afford to send away top assets.

This team has been horrible the last two games. It feels like management should just pick a direction. They either buy and waste any future assets we have. Or prepare to sell. They don't need to trade right away if they are selling. Get the best value you can. But if that's the case give the young guys we do have a chance. Would rather sit and watch merkoluv and lysell play then watch the passenger's on the ice we have seen the last two games!

Sweeney and co shouldn’t be allowed to do anything at the tdl , if they’re capable building this talent black hole roster, I want nothing to do with them selling or buying. Let them pick the team in flight meal and nothing else.

Yea ,well we all know JJ is not firing them so we are stuck hoping they get it right.You can't keep UFA players to be hoping they resign here.Loui Eriksson should have taugh everyone that lesson.

They haven’t gotten it right yet, and hope doesn’t win championships. Maybe empty seats will drive some change eventually.

I am on record here more then once doubting this management's ability to put a core together that can win.That said however, I do not think they are in danger of being fired by JJ .Alternative is hope they get it right .We as fans have 0 say outside not attending games or turning TV on.Dark days ahead my friend.

My thinking for Boston is that Zadorov was Andersson's best partner in 2023. He played better with Z than anyone else, they had a 55.6% xG together. Actually, Zadorov was in 3 of Calgary's 4 best pairs. He also played well with Tanev, Gilbert, and Weegar, but Andersson is the only one who has publicly stated he'd "welcome a trade out of Calgary" or so says the social media link on the trade board.

FA or not, I am dubious you're getting Andersson straight up for Carlo, so what are you willing to add?
