I cannot comprehend why anyone still purchases cable. Besides this instance there’s been no need to have in the last 3 years.

Penguins games are on the app now and there is plenty of content on streaming services, digital antenna gets local for free.
And streaming services aren't always reliable and I don't have to pay for every app individually, no thanks. I get netflix and youtube for free, along with the cable channels I like that's all I need. I'm not a fan of apps or steaming in most cases.

Say it's Christmas and your family hates you because you keep doing racisms at Thanksgiving and they won't come over anymore.

You're lonely. You call the cable company on your landline (that you also pay them for) and ask them to unscramble Sorority House Knockers Vol. 3 at 11:55am for the noon showing. At 12:04pm, you call back, ashamed, and demand a refund.

You can't "stream" that experience on an "app".

Howe’s playing more than I expected. Created a chance and drew a penalty, then was out on the 1st unit.

Kangas is huge but lumbers.

Yager is apparently going with a Yagger pronunciation now. Maybe that’s what it always was but he didn’t want to correct anyone here.

Pieniniemi’s had some good shifts since he got trucked by Schaefer.. haven’t noticed Howe as much lately either.

My read on Pieniniemi is still the same: If he’s anything, he’s active. Sometimes for good, sometimes not but he’s an active d-man. Looks pretty good QBing the 1st unit but he’s not really, like, a huge threat there either. Just good enough to be out there. Can get some shots through, decent passer, etc.

Kinda gives me Pouliot vibes. He's reckless, not a Sully type of player. Good offensive acumen. Above average mobility. However, maybe not the best hockey IQ.

Had some PTO to burn so I decided to go see the Nailers in Cincy tonight. 1-0 good guys after 1. De St Phalle with a ppg, Murashov is playing well as usual 9 saves including a couple odd man breaks. Getting outplayed a bit, as the roster is being picked over. Houde got hurt last night and Martel, Jagger, Lindgren, and Drake are all in the AHL

I'd like to see De St. Phalle and Atley Cavert up with the baby pens especially if both Broz and McGroarty are called up the the penguins after the trade deadline.

DSP stands out every shift. Calvert definitely benefited from Martel and Houde, hes kind of lost with Koopman and Klassen tonight who are normally 3rd liners. 11F too so theres lots of shuffling tonight.
