I look at Kinsky, I think he just looks better because he is moving more? Like he gives the appearances that he is doing stuff, but I feel a lot of it is just empty calories. Don't think he is efficient. Think its a bit of an adventure. He might be better than Vicario, but if he is, that is still a very low bar.
Nah, he's definitely stronger in the box. Vicario gets knocked around, or doesn't even come out for ones that need to be attacked by the keeper (shades of the notorious 'KEPA! KEPA KEPA KEPA!' from COVID lockdowns when you could hear players well). Kinsky is a lot more aggressive in the box, which Spurs definitely needed.

It is indeed a low bar to be better than Vicario in the box, though.

was hašek a good goalie or not? the two things don't have to be tied together but they can meet up

Heat of the moment, you think that linesman must be a f***ing fool

I used to do the same in intramurals after very unambiguous fouls
I totally understand when you think you're on or when it's close, but when you know you're off to the standpoint that you're not even bothering to celebrate, it seems silly to wag your finger at him.

it's another example of "empty calories" hahaha, you're wagging the finger to show that your head is in the game, that your competitive drive is sharpened, that you're ready to f***ing kill that linesman

it's for the fans to know you care

Gravenberch and Gakpo have been absurdly good. If you told me Gravenberch could replace Fabinho I'd have laughed in your face.

And then Gravenberch right after that. Interception when Spurs are in attacking phase. Brilliant.

I mean it’s too different sports. And no it doesn’t mean “bad” but I’m just saying because it looks different doesn’t mean it’s better or worse. I just think it’s a bit overrated just because it looks different

That goal's all Gravenberch. Spurs were making what looked like a good pass, guy superhumans his leg in the way, knocks it straight down to an attacker. Doesn't get better than that.

theyre two different sports but i mention it because it applies equally to what you said. being more theatrical in saves means neither more nor less, it can go both ways, there's nothing to be made of it at the end of the day

Darwin is doing a ton of donkey work today creating space and whatnot, but it’s so obvious no one one the team wants to pass to him

Not sure I’d take Darwin off here though.

Also not sure why that was a goal kick
