Honestly I am not even mad that these guys get sat every so often. It isn't like they are contending, they are not talent enough for it. Seeing what everyone has and who responds well is pretty much a given right now and I don't mind that it happens.

I'm sorry, I just don't agree. +/- is utterly useless. I didn't say advanced stats are the end all be all, but I also firmly believe +/- should not be used to discuss a player's ability.
