The biggest knock I've had against him in past games is that he overcommits a little with his lateral movement, but this game he does seem smaller for whatever reason. I don't even remember noticing it during that Carolina travesty.

Claesson or Staal should be the two at the bottom of the depth chart. Skjei, Pionk, ADA should be automatics unless catastrophe. Smith and Shattenkirk are judged on their games and if someone has to be scratched, it should be Claesson and Staal rotating.

Namestnikov is a mediocre player with really lackluster production who somehow has a lot of defenders on these boards.
