Would imagine that makes the lineup:
Kreider-Zibanejad-Buchnevich
Panarin-Chytil-Strome
Lemieux-Howden-Kakko
Smith-Nieves-Fast
Decent
Nothing’s wrong with this.

Quinn didn’t sleep last night thinking about having to put Howden at 4C. Couldn’t do it
I’d have liked to see Kakko play with a good center for a change but this is Ok I guess.
I don’t see why you wouldn’t just go Panarin Mika Strome if anything. And leave the Chytil line alone. Especially after he said he likes having a right hand center getting the puck to Panarin
Kreider - Chytil - Buchnevich line was already broken up prior to Zibanejad returning.
Amazing how different our forward group looks just by adding Zibanejad.
Anyone wanna know why I am happy today? Anybody catch the Habs drubbing last night at the hands of equally hated Bruins? Habs had a horrific loss vs your favorite team then followed it up with a statistically even worse loss. Apparently still hurting of snatching a loss from the jaws of a victory. Boo hoo, boo hoo.
My point is coming.
"Excluding those early season 5 consec. losses"
1. Following horrific Boston rout, came back to destroy Tampa.
2. Trounced by Ottawa, in turn trounced Detroit.
3. Deflating home loss to Florida, then beat Pittsburgh.
4. 2 Sunshine State losses, then a solid win vs the Caps.
5. Yet another loss to Ottawa, followed up with miraculous comeback for the ages.
Yes, 5 of their last 6 losses have been followed up with wins. That's a good sign, in my book.
Bad games happen, minimize losing streaks......=learning how to become a winning team.
Okay, now my point......Montreal is clueless and we are well on our way. Slowly but surely.
We have beaten really good teams, and apparenty have lost to some really bad teams or maybe even equally as bad.
Getting up vs good teams is easy, doing the same against a team you are "supposed to beat" is another. A learning process, I suppose. Thats the next lesson to be learned, and yes Montreal sucking wind, indeed makes me happy.
Lol. Yeah, expect the worst and hope for the best. Or, is it hope for the best and expect the worst? Whichever. We got Boston on friday so dont get too happy, likely a serving of the same thing.
Yup, that's what happens when you take an AHL player and replace them with a 1st line star.Amazing how different our forward group looks just by adding Zibanejad.
The video is frustrating though because if that's what you think of him, why isn't he the captain?
We could have both if he could quit Howden.I feel pretty confident that before this game is over Strome will go back to center and Chytil will end up on the wing on that line
Quinn just can’t quit Strome
