Probably easiest to upload it to a free site and then paste the link in here which will embed it. Streamable.com is super easy, though not sure if it supports m4v, though you can try. You can probably easily find a video converter to get the m4v to a mp4, which is widely supported by a ton of sites, including Streamable.

True, but if the Isles don't win at least 1 playoff round this year I don't know how L&M can justify keeping snow (regardless of contract extension or not).

Having a PMD is probably the most important thing you can have to build around in today's NHL. Other than Leddy, we have no one who can do that. Not even close.

That's what bugs me, I don't see it as a personnel problem.... the same things happen with Leddy or CDH on the ice. It's more of a systems/coaching issue. There is no structure to their breakout, they don't support each other getting out of the zone.
