Hurray for generalizing. I wasn't complaining about gaborik when you made your original first comment. It was wrong so I corrected you, gaborik can create offense

He did this when he was 19, he did it when he was 20, he did it when he was 21. Now he's 22. Still doing it. When is he going to stop botching chances?
 
Do the Flyers know the offside rule?

Speaking of stupid errors... I haven't seen a TMM penalty on the Rangers in almost 2 weeks.

Gaborik is best fit on a line where everyone but him holds onto the puck. He even said when he got signed that he thrives by finding lanes. The guy is an amazing finisher, but that being said, he would perform much more consistently if his linemates were more creative and better at holding onto the puck. Richards is awful in this regard. He is a great passer, but he is not the type to play to thrive on holding onto the puck.

For example:
I think Gaborik would struggle with Stamkos.
I think he would put up 50 with the Sedins.
He would struggle with Jeff Carter.
He would thrive with Datsyuk.
He would struggle with Mike Richards, Ryan Kesler, or anyother player who doesn't thrive off holding onto the puck and making space/drawing defenders. He likely won't thrive consistently with slow players either.

He absolutely needs a Datsyuk, Malkin, Kopitar, Ribeiro, Sedin(s), Giroux type player.

He was much sloppier when he was 19. It's the people who are ready to trade him that get on my nerves. He's basically all our offense on defense, and he's still so young. Defenseman usually don't fully come into their own until their mid 20s.

People don't seem to get this.

He's in his 4th year in the NHL it's not like he's some rookie.

By all means i hope he improves, but i'm really beginning to think he is just lacking hockey sense.

Miller seems to pick up new things each game.

He's all our offense on defense. And yet he has the same amount of points as McDonagh and Girardi and 3 less than Staal.

Also how the **** was that not a penalty on Schenn.

**** me sideways these refs suck more than a two dollar *****.
