So only you weirdo's complaining about Necas, Nelson, Bednar are allowed to use hyperbole?

Of course I'm using hyperbole, just trying to match the energy. Kadri scored points that post season, Kadri scored goals. But Kadri is also directly the reason why they lost that game 7. Nelson isn't directly the reason why the Avs lost this season.
I mean he also literally contributed almost zero positives at all this this post season. So maybe there wasn't one specific thing that he did that lost us game/s but he also provided literally nothing. Defensively(okay maybe he was average defensively but still a step down from the RS) or offensively.

Nelson wasn't THAT bad. He had several chances all playoffs long, but he was either robbed or incredibly unlucky. How many times I yelled at my TV, "You have got to be kidding me!," when he would get robbed on a breakaway, or he'd tip one that just missed, or it goes off the goalies shoulder, or mask, or knob of their stick. He was just snake bit at the wrong time. He had several good looks to teammates as well, and they couldn't pot a goal off his pass. If people want to say he sucks because of that, fine. I know he was better than his stats indicated.

Where did I use hyperbole?

Nelson is absolutely a direct reason why Colorado lost. He may not have had a glaring negative play in a key moment, but he was one of Colorado's worst players both in terms of real statistics and underlying numbers. That was a massive problem because he was an absolute horse in the regular season.

- John Carlson is headed to market
- Trouba has had extension talks with Ducks, but remains to be seen
- Morgan Rielly's agent has given Chayka a list of teams he could waive for (mostly Western teams)
- Hischier likely going to be extended
- Coleman could be traded, could be extended. Unlikely to go into the season as a Flame, if they can't agree on an extension (he has one year left)
- There is a decent level of interest for Laine, especially with him being able to sign a bonus-heavy contract due to his injury.

I'm sick of the overbearing negativity myself regarding some things. But this I don't agree with. Nelson was a problem all playoffs. He wasn't terrible defensively, but definitely dropped his level there in the playoffs. But was absolutely horrible offensively. Didn't create anything and couldn't finish anything to save his life. Even then he only had 24 shots in 13 games. Just not good enough.

Kadri making mistakes in the playoffs can’t be compared to disappearing.
Yes it can. These mistakes 'directly' lead to the Avs losing. Like, if Kadri doesn't make those mistakes, the Avs don't lose that game.
Nelson played bad, but you can't 'directly' say that the Avs lost because of him. His bad play sure as shit didn't help tho

Personally I’m having a hard time blaming the 33 year old career backup goalie who was making 1.5M AAV, he had no business being the starter in the playoffs.
He may have been put in a bad position, to your point.

But he still let in a bad goal per game. Hard to win in round 3 of the NHL playoffs when a goaltender does that.

Your argument is like saying Tim Tebow [9/26, 136PaY, 0 TD, 0 Int] played better than Peyton Manning [33/48, 402PaY, 3 TD, 2 Int] in their respective playoff losses because Tebow didn't throw any picks.

Unfortunately, Nelson has a NTC, and isn't gonna waive it. And the Avs would never ask him to waive it anyways. So, we're stuck until next season at least.

Necas contract also has a NTC, so he's not going anywhere either.

Let's focus on getting a defensemen, or two. Preferably someone who isn't 40 years old or older...
