Red Sox/MLB 2026 Regular Season IV, 32-46

  • If you are having issues logging in, we have found opening the log in page in a new tab/window rather than using the pop out should resolve these issues. We are working to get this resolved and thank you for patience.
  • Due to the increased volume of league transactions, the Trade Rumors and Free Agent Talk section is temporarily restricted to where threads may only be started by moderators and sponsors. We anticipate that this restriction will be lifted some time after the first round of the draft.
Hes been decent in Worcester
Yeah I liked how his fastball looked in his first cup of coffee, I legitimately think our 2 best lefty relievers* might just be Rivera and Gamboa and they just aren’t really up here. I would imagine that’s in the name of preserving depth.

I misunderstood your post then. My apologies.
I'm just saying to this point there are some serious questions about him. Somebody like Marcelo Mayer might already be a complete bust. But not Roman Anthony.

Something that was pointed out on Felger and Mazz the other day is that every time there's been a big organizational sea change in the last decade, it's happened within a week of a series against the Yankees. Hiring Dombrowski in 2015, firing him in 2019, firing Bloom in 2023, trading Devers in 2025, and firing Cora in April. All immediately after a Yankee series.

It's the one thing that still moves John Henry because it attracts PR. If Breslow gets the boot, it's going to be in the next few days.

John Henry is reactionary now. Just no plan.

But he still fills Fenway. People buying tickets because at Fenway is the problem.

Great cash cow.

The Whitesox are just focusing on improving from their last 2 seasons, no power struggles, a significant advantage over a team in internal chaos with no identity
