He's a really good defensive C, always on the defensive side of the puck, that won a lot of his faceoffs last night vs Finland. Covered for a pinching dman a few times, has decent wheels, and never seems out of position.
In the NHL, he'll likely need to play with a play driver/puck carrier like Ehlers, so a Perfetti-Yager-Ehlers line might be very effective as they bring different things.
Yager seems to have more offensive chops than Names, but hasn't shown that yet in the NHL, so who knows. If he was 6'2 and 200 lbs, he would have gone very high in his draft year.
