I love the way Buium shifts his hands/stick when reading a play before he even gets the puck. When guys are barrelling down on him he has that extra 1/2 second with that shifty stick and not just gets the puck to a neutral area but makes great passes all the time under said pressure no matter if he's facing the boards or if he's making plays from the point. That's a skill you don't see from many Dmen, he's not just getting out of trouble but making plays from his own personal phone booth. Will it translate to the NHL? GM's don't seem to think so but it's cool to watch at this level.

Moore isn't anywhere close to a 50 point NHL player and people talk about that like its a median outcome. I definitely get the first half of what he is saying. The second half idk.
Like Ive said, Cole Hutson is incredible. He's been more dangerous than Buium and just utterly controls the game when he has the puck
That goes both ways. You have a ton of people here already writing him off as a 4th liner. There's a reason I don't make many statements on prospects. It's a really good way to make yourself look like a moron.

Hawks players get talked about like they are great other teams prospects get bashed. If the shoe was on the other foot and we drafted them it would be a different story.

Cowan is will fit right in with the Leafs. Completely chokes under pressure.
He’s a nothing player. His best hope is a crappy team’s powerplay specialist.
Perreault not very noticeable tn. He can take advantage of any space he's given but doesn't seem to create much room by himself
There are just as many people here shitting on Hawks' prospects. Judging any of these kids before they play a single season in the NHL is a f***ing fool's errand. It's nearly impossible to project the player these kids turn into, even for the people who are paid to do exactly that.... A whole bunch of people here need to just stop drawing conclusions on prospects, and save themselves the embarrassment.
Musto is perceived as a total f***ing clown based almost entirely on his definitive statements about prospects the second they are drafted.
