The bad: doesn't really like to run or press a lot, isn't too physical and avoids man to man contact, and above all has a somewhat difficult character when things don't go his way. He gets unhappy really quickly..at least he did in Brugge

I think he was hoping to leave for a big club last year after putting up phenomenal stats but that didn't happen, I think most clubs saw the red flags and didn't want to pay the price tag Brugge put on him (25+ mil) so now he just wanted to go no matter what...I think, and Brugge didn't want to make him even more unhappy

Really hope Jeltsch doesn't go abroad this summer. He's good enough to succeed, but he should move to a BuLi1 club first.
