No, Kolo Muani. For Garnacho? If so, the rumours I saw - which are legit ones out of Italy - are that Napoli wants to buy him for around 60 million Euros. If anything, I think Rashford is the one that goes out on loan.

Thanks. Seems he's gone though. No, Kolo Muani.
There’s absolutely no need for Barca to purchase any midfielder for some time.I would not have my hopes up. He already rejected a move to pool and could very well happen the same with Arsenal. Don't see the fit either since Rice plays in his position.
On the bright side Merino and Arteta there could help the deal.
But still, could see him very much in FCB or Madrid next summer (though the emergence of Casado might make us out of the run for him)

Manchester United is the Barca of the EPL.
Donyell Malen from Dortmund to Aston Villa for 23 M, suprisingly low fee.

That's giving Arsenal way too much credit. And Arsenal are the Atletico Madrid of the Premiership.
Depends which version you get.@Evilo
Should I get excited for Kolo Muani?
He was such a joy to watch when with Frankfurt. If he can recapture any of that form...@Evilo
