No, they want to give him ABOVE $3.5MGreenway scoring at a 25 point pace, his career high is 32, and he is very slow. Buffalo wants to give him 3.5M????

There's three that I'd target, but the price for them increases in the order I want them.
Cirelli(near untouchable)
Cozens(mitts+++)
Pinto(mitts++)
Ever so slightly more realistic
Zacha
McCann (apparently not a center but just set him between Drouin and Nuke)
Well I've got my dream list, but cozens, cirelli and pinto answered the question a bit better.That’s for now. But what about 10 minutes from now?
He’s literally perfect. If his play declines a little, perfect 3C
I would love O'Reilly, he's been one of my favourite players since he debuted in Colorado but I feel like both sides wouldn't be open to him playing here.O'Reilly has played for 5 teams and 8 head coaches. His worst season beyond years 1/2 was in 2023 (30p in 53gp) when he was dinged up all year. Which was still a slightly higher scoring pace than Mittelstadt is on this season. Point is he does well everywhere, you don't need to carefully manage his linemates or system to get him to succeed.
He's not my first choice but the guy is on pace for 55 pts (39p in 55gp) on the lowest scoring team in the NHL. His skating might not be great but IMO the reason Mittelstadt is stinking up the joint is partially fitness related. Dude looks totally gassed skating to the bench every shift and it's leading to boneheaded turnovers all over the ice.
Confirmed with Link: - Avs sign G Adam Scheel to 1-year deal (rest of this season)All this trade and signing talks and I can’t believe we haven’t talked about Avs signing Adam Scheel

I don't know that management would pursue him, nor do I believe O'Reilly would want to come back.
Tampa is coming out of the East again this year, IMO.
