LA or Vegas are my two bets. Kind of feels like Dallas and Minny are just chilling. Winnipeg probably only makes minor tweeks. Edmonton is a wildcard but feels like they have other needs and not many resources to do it. The rest don't feel like fits.

Edit* Not sure about Vegas looking at what they have. Really nothing tradeable out of them. But they seem to be able to pull it out of their asses every year, so wouldn't discount them.

For the cost, he doesn’t help us win a Cup this year or probably even next season.

He’s a player who has a lot of development left ahead of him. Takes way too many risks and has way too many controller disconnect situations defensively.

The Kings are open to moving him for more help to compete now. That should tell you where he is in terms of his development.
