Read on NHL trade rumors that LA is indeed shopping Clarke. If this is accurate, I'm done until BLucGervin is escorted out of the building. F-ing clown show running my favorite team. MFers

Looks like Buffalo traded Cozens plus to Ottawa for possibly Norris and JBD
Getting out of Buffalo = resurrection of career.

That place is one of the worst organizations in all of sports

Kings need to do nothing, Dallas, Jets, Knights are all SC ready.

And unless there is a McDavid injury they are not getting out of the first round

Blake: we dont like slower right handed guys with good hands in close that are kind of dicks. Trade Vilardi.

Also Blake: oooooh Kuzmenkoooooooo

can't imagine they'll let this guy play his game, prob give him the kovalchuk treatment so he learns how to be a good little checker. Not like its a bad deal, good value, just not much of a needle move.

couple of notes

Played in the KHL w Gavrikov

Was healthy scratched. by tochet and torts

Maybe purpose to improve PP1.. cant see this as a guy they want to see out 5x5

Here's what it is: A PP specialist, and we are blowing up our isn't, hasn't or never will work PP and starting from square one. He's the only guy who gets a guaranteed spot, because the rest of you blew it.

Can’t wait to see Edmonton sweep us, Dallas and Colorado in the first round, then Edmonton getting butchered by the central. My crystal ball has been busy this morning.

I actually don't hate this move by Blake.

Kuzmenko is going to be pretty boom or bust in LA. Either he fits in well and lights it up or he struggles and walks in the offseason.

I understand why people doubt he'll fit well in LA. But in this sellers market, something like this is a HELL of a lot better than making a massive overpayment that hurts the future of your franchise.

We still have our 1st round picks, we still have Clarke, we still have Spence, Laf, Byfield.... Giving up a 2027 3rd rounder for Kuzmenko (50% retained) is relatively harmless and could exactly address the team's biggest need if it works out.
