Red Sox/MLB 2025 Regular Season

Today was fantastic. Kids are well fed on a Sunday night.

Tonight, Sox fans saw the awesome power of a fully operational Death Star.

This is a good baseball team. No matter what the chicken-littles after week 1, might have said.

They still need BP help, though….

They have so many arms on the IL right now, some of them got to go somewhere.

This team is really fun already. Hope some people come back to them.

So happy they weren't able to trade Abreu. He's making himself indispensable. Sure, he woke keep up this pace, but with what he brings in the field, to be able to hit like this, even if he's streaky, man...

Casas need to get on the bac bandwagon
Not concerned about him either, he stung a few balls yesterday. Robbed of a homer late in the game last night. He’s getting a bad strike zone from the umpires too, I’d bet money he’s seen the most balls called strikes in baseball so far. He is going to dominate the challenge system with his knowledge of the strike zone

Not bad for someone who is "cooked".
Almost as if he just needed some reps he missed out on in ST

His plate discipline is the best it’s ever been right now, now that he’s starting to get his timing and confidence back we could be in for a monster year

Very fun thought exercise is "which hitters historically would have dominated the challenge system."

Ted Williams is so obvious and correct you can just take him for granted.

Boggs and Gwynn are easy choices as well.

I feel like Olerud would have been amazing. And our misunderstood boy JD Drew would have increased his OBP by like 30 more points.
