Would stubbornly rather Marchand walk in free agency for nothing if they can't reach terms on a contract than trade a team legend and captain to a team that has owned us the last two playoffs for a 2nd round pick two years down the line, that only becomes a first if he re-signs with them. Going to feel wrong seeing him wear another nhl teams sweater.
