Any list that doesn't have Jamiro Reber at top 20 can't be taken seriously.
That's just lazy and uninformed.

I’d love him in the 2nd round (not going to happen). I’ve see almost every game of his so far this year and think he would be a great organizational fit.

Must've been a bad break. They usually take 6-8 weeks. Good news is that usually it heals up well as long as he is not rushed back. This injury will probably take him out of any consideration for the #1 oa spot.

We've got to go forward with our early picks, unless there is an absolute clear better choice Dman when we pick. We've just spent a raft of choices on Jiricek, picked Buium, and have Faber. That's more than enough top end D talent. Now we need to hit on some top 6 forwards. I am hoping that Yurov and OPhgren end up to be that, but they are not sure things. Yurov is only scoring at a .5 P/PG in the KHL this year, which is disappointing relative to expectations. Liam has really done well in the AHL, but he was underwhelming also earlier in the year.

With Rossi's improvement, we can afford to go BFA(Best Forward available), though a C is always nice.

One potential late-round gamble I'd look for: German/Latvian twins Gustavs and Rihards Griva. They're both currently playing for Adler Mannheim's U-20 team, and playing well. Rihards leads the league in scoring with Gustavs 3rd, and while the league isn't particularly known for its high level, it's still not a bad place to be. Both sit at 6' tall and around 165lbs, though interestingly Rihards shoot right while Gustavs is a lefty.

They've featured in German national team throughout their career, including in Ivan Hlinka where the two, predictably were the top scorers.

I'd honestly be surprised if these guys weren't already scouted a fair bit more than usual given their international performances. That said, neither is currently in top-32 even for EU skaters, so they should be available with a couple of late round picks barring a late season surge. Make a cheap deal, draft them back to back if available in 6th or even 7th, see what happens.

And yes, I admit both are long shots; not much footage is available but the shift-by-shift I found doesn't exactly give me Sedin vibes, because that's the obvious comparison. Still, see how they develop, give them a few good looks and time with skating coaches, let them grow stronger, and... see what happens.

What you can see is that Rihards has a pretty darn good release on his shot however, and seems to be hitting the Laine spot on the PP. You can also see that chemistry which comes from spending all their youth playing together, and it also works on the forecheck. There's those instinctive movements with just a touch of added pressure.
