I'd say people watching football outside the EPL is simply dire on this website.@Evilo You might be laughing but I think we're down to four people watching l1 on this forum
Even the La Liga thread is mostly dead.I'd say people watching football outside the EPL is simply dire on this website.
How many watch Serie A? 3?
The thought of Dragusin going to Bayern and Tottenham being like “oh yeah, well you can’t have Eric Dier now because you gazumped us” is making me laugh way more than it shouldDragusin to Bayern, here we go
It's probably going to be announced in about an hour.
Glad for him, but I'd rather he went to Spurs.
Malick Fofana has signed with Lyon for 15M. Very intriguing signing.
Where do you see this?Dragusin to Bayern, here we go

From someone who knows the player. They offered him 2 mil, Spurs only 1.5Where do you see this?
Also, a lot of games are on at the same time. I'll watch a top Bundesliga/La Liga/Serie A matchup (because they're on ESPN and L1 is not) over a boring EPL game, but I care more about the EPL. And it's not just because of the talent, as I'll watch MLS.I would watch a lot more non-English football if not for the dire state of streaming. The reason why I catch some Serie A is because it's on the same platform as PL. But the fragmentation of streaming, combined with the dire state of soccer on cable in Canada, means that I'd have to have a bunch of different (expensive!) subscriptions to watch more. Hell, I don't even have access to UCL anymore because I couldn't justify DAZN. It's less of an issue this year because Chelsea blow and so we're not in Europe, but it's profoundly frustrating.
It's not for lack of interest or EPL chauvinism, it's a reflection of access to viewing in North America.
Yeah, I also should say that - outside of Chelsea - I generally only catch one or two other PL games a matchweek, and try to rotate who I see. I know people who will watch basically every single game each weekend - I am not one of them. Also, a lot of games are on at the same time. Yeah, I'll have the games on a lot of time but won't be sitting down and consistently watching. Oh he's playing and starting for sure. They have missed Barcola a lot.Belgian press are saying negotiations are still going on.
Would be a dumb move from Gent to sell him already. Kid is only 18 and has huge potential, and is just now starting to become a regular in the line up. They could cash big time on him if they just wait a year (or two).
And with Lyon (kinda) in turmoil, would this really be the best move for him? How much is he even gonna play on a such a struggling team?
Only 30? That's insane to me.After being without club since leaving Köln last summer, keeper Timo Horn has signed for Salzburg until the end of season.
While never World Class or anything, I always liked him, didn't really understood why he was replaced by Schwabe permanently after his injury. It's not that Köln's results improved after that.
Glad he has found a club at least temporarily. Still only 30, so should have some years left, if he finds his way back in Germany for the next season.
I watch serie A. What you also have to consider is a lot of people here are North American we cannot watch every games as easily as like in Europe. (At least legally).I'd say people watching football outside the EPL is simply dire on this website.

Yea I have caught some Serie A and L1 games this season and last because they are also on Fubo, but I don't have another streaming platform that has leagues.I would watch a lot more non-English football if not for the dire state of streaming. Problem is I'm not a PSG fanboy and was a Ligue 1 fan way before PSG was bought. And was happy with teams winning the title instead of PSG. It throws your arguments through the windows but you choose to ignore it.I watch serie A. What you also have to consider is a lot of people here are North American we cannot watch every games as easily as like in Europe. (At least legally).
Also I have tried many time watching Ligue 1 and it is the most boring out of the top 5. Bundesliga is IMO the most underrated with many very competitive games also Italy has many more close games and quality than given credit for. I know you are a PSG fanboy so we will never see it but ligue 1 quality is so disproportionate from PSG to all the other club that make it a very hard watch for the casual that enjoy competitive matches.
EPL might be the most overrated but at least even the bottom side are very competitive.
