Knowing that Drury offered 1st rounder and Kakko for Guentzel, i feel like Drury is now looking more at a hockey trade for a player with 2 or 3 years left with a similar package. Buchnevich perhaps, or Sharongovich. Maybe even Tuch.

Look I want big moves as much as the next guy but if he gets Patches for belly button lint this isnt a disaster. Especially because it would signal that they are open to more minutes down the stretch for Rempe, Ed, Cuylle, even Kakko. And improving on the margins is what he did in 2022. That worked out much better than the starf***ing last year.
