I'd trade the next two 1sts to guarantee having a ppg top line winger for the next two playoff runs which is essentially the prime window right now.

Nothing out there that has been moved or will be moved will be enough to overcome Lindgren and Trouba in your top 4. Now if something springs loose for a player who has term (more than a year beyond this one) and is actually good then yeah, do that.

Small adds if you're going to do anything is the way to go. Are they probably going to me losing moves? Yeah probably but Vatrano/Buchnevich/Guentzel would also be losing moves, just more expensive ones.

The truth is that there needs to be some pretty major roster reconstruction that needs to happen starting this summer. Hold your bigger assets until then and use them for players who will be here for a while and can actually help going forward instead of quick fixes that don't touch the areas that we actually need to address.
