f*** the Giants, they got phenomenally lucky twice with two bullshit flukes in Superbowls they shouldn't have even made it to. If they turn into the Buffalo Sabres of football for the remainder of time it's not long enough. Screw that whole franchise from top to bottom.

Bleacher sent me an article about how the Pats are going all in for Higgins this offseason. If they could sign him and some OLs they could go CB with the first rounder.

I can’t love this enough.

Fantastic post. You’re invited to my house for a barbecue next summer.

The yellow eyes were a clear sign of a liver issue, but, damn, didn't expect it to be cancer. f***

EDIT: It's also pretty shitty to not let Randy control that news.
Was coming to say "the perils of social media". This is Larry Fitzgerald the football player's father? Dad, step away from the internet. This is like Schilling all over again.

Buh bye KJ Osborne

More great work from nepo baby Eliot Wolf
Wolf has started his job in a way that would get most guys fired if they had been around for a few years. Hard to be convinced he knows what he's doing.

The good he's done is actually re-sign players that were already established with the team and we know can play, drafted Drake Maye which was a layup and signed a couple, nice average depth pieces for the offense like Hooper and Gibson.

Then you get to the bad.

Signed Okorafor who quit on the teams weeks into the season, signed KJ Osborn who blows while sitting on a mountain of cap space.

Traded down a few spots from the pick that was Ladd McConkey to draft Ja'Lynn Polk, one of the worst graded wrs ever so far.

Drafted Caedan Wallace around 100 spots above projected, to try and develop him on the opposite side he played in college and is graded 95/133 tackles in the league by pff this year.

Drafted Layden Robinson in the 4th round who's graded 114/125 at guard by pff.

The rest of the stiffs can't get on the field either.

Fitzgerald's father is a reporter too, which makes sharing that news without proper sources even worse. He should absolutely know better.

This x100.

I hope Randy goes after him even if it is true. As a reporter, you are supposed to have integrity and decency as well as multiple, legitimate sources. It is another black eye for an essential profession being undermined by this insane need to be first at something.

Rare to see a hiring that's somehow bad for both sides. Makes both parties look desperate. Going to a mediocre program where he's probably just going to go 8-4 every year is an embarrassing way for Belichick's career to end.

Assuming his cronies all come along. Son will be the DC then get the HC in two years. Daughter will come over and be head assistant for women’s lax. His grand daughter will become the cheerleading coach.

Pretty much as i suspected; he leaves for the NCAA because no NFL team wanted to give him this level of control.

Could be very interesting to see play out. I actually think he might be on to something with the recruiting GM/staff thing. With NIL making money the most important thing in a recruitment pitch, it makes sense to have a staff of guys working on it than just one guy trying to sell you on the school itself. If the GM wasn't rumored to be Matt Patricia, because of course it is i'd be more on board.

Money + getting to play for what many consider the greatest coach in the history of football is a pretty damn strong draw. You want to work on your draft stock? UNC is now probably at least considered by you.

10 million a year, it's his team to control, the programs funding for football is going to increase a lot, he can bring all his cronies with him and Steve is next in line. Even if there was nfl teams that might want to interview him in a month or two, i can see why he would take the guaranteed job now that gives a control freak like him what he truly wants.

I don't pay attention to much college football besides draft stuff but Deion going to Colorado definitely made me pay more attention and Belichick would be the same. If you were some defensive player with a year or two left of eligibility, why wouldn't you want to go play for Belichick?
