Tre traded the higher third which would have been needed, that is correct.

I'm not sure how much you can compare deals involving picks based on the order they're announced, because deals are not announced until a pick involved comes up. So, for example, a deal announced for a pick after the Leafs' 58th may have actually been completed earlier so that return may not have been available for the Leafs.

Maybe they talked earlier, but I bet most get completed during the pick.
