still trying to trust the yzerplan
I wanted Hage but happy with this too
MBN-Kasper-Mazur is going to be an absolute nightmare line for the opposition

Not when they're playing against men. If he played in juniors all year his scoring upside would be far more obvious.players without flaws that have actual upside go in the top picks
So you know for a fact that one is better than the other?Cole Eiserman...?
weird you actually had to ask the question to be honest
You mean yourself?a lot of people still have those same questions and reservations lol
Regardless, we expected MBN and it happened. fine with it. Just wish Wings could also find a way to move in back end of first round and draft Surin also
One thing I don't like about drafting out of the European men's leagues with mid-first and later picks is that a lot of these guys never take the next step offensively (like Kasper). Not when they're playing against men. If he played in juniors all year his scoring upside would be far more obvious.
Kasper and MBN could be the core of a nice line in the future. After reading a bit on MBN, I actually like the pick a lot. He seems like a modern powerforward type. I'm not sure if he'll be a big offensive player, but if he's a 50-60 point guy that plays a big game and contributes significant performances when the game actually matters, I'll be happy about it.
I have no idea why the WWP guys were talking him up as an option at 15.Considering the amount of teams passing on Connelly. Teams aren't convinced he's a changed person.
"Like Kasper", dude he's 20. Not saying everyone will pan out, but you can't judge them so early. One thing I don't like about drafting out of the European men's leagues with mid-first and later picks is that a lot of these guys never take the next step offensively (like Kasper).

How often does that work out for you?
And you know for a fact that mbn is a 3rd liner at best?

I thought and Hage and MBN would be the players available. Eiserman I thought would be gone top 10you literally said an hour ago he was one of your top 2 picks
he was better than Dvorsky in his draft year....
for sure, that 3rd line is gonna be goodKasper and MBN could be the core of a nice line in the future.
