I’m surprised, normally I pretty much disagree with everything Pronman says . Biggest hack living in his moms basement
You should hear him on the last few Athletic podcasts. He's a Sens prophet now.
Wish I could have seen more of his game. i only caught part of the third and OT. Glad to hear he's doing well.He was really good all night I thought
Hale knows better....imagine he makes the team.
Prob not but hopefully they keep him up for a month or two. Get the odd games in, and let him practice with the pros everyday.
What an exciting player and package.
I think Jenik has that one right now. What a game from him haha 4 points blocked shots was heavy and hard to play against.Automatic Bochenski winner?
That was sick. I have only seen that highlight, but did he have a decent game overall?
Pages and pages of hating on the pick and player. That must have been really hard to watch tonight.Rent free

I mean you are the one that cant fathom the concept you were potentially wrong. I will let you figure out the rest. I just said to give the player a chance and that he has a long way to go from a development standpoint. Maybe you will consider it now, very raw player there will be ups and downs but you cant teach what he has.Criticism is equivalent to hatred in the mind of a child.
Are you a child bert? Or do you just act like one online?
Well
He looked better than jbd/hamonic/addison so……..??

It hasn't exactly worked out for Wright.... They also aren't similar prospects. Wright was exceptional status and doesn't play D.They could do what Seattle did with Wright.
That lets him stick around pro hockey for a significant time without rushing him.
- 1-9 NHL games.
- Scratched for 5 straight games, that enables him to be assigned to the AHL for 2 weeks. (Which gives him a taste of 5 or so more games at a Pro level.)
- Back to Junior in time for the World Juniors.
There are two considerations in terms of games played on his ELC.
They shouldn't rush him, but there might be some value to playing part of the season in Ottawa and then going back to the CHL.
- He burns a year of his ELC when he plays his 10th game. He does not burn one of the seven RFA years he needs to hit unrestricted free agency.
- When he plays 40 games, he burns one of the seven RFA years he needs to hit unrestricted free agency. (Example, the Oilers sent Draisail down at 37 games in 2014-15.)
As far as playing 10+ games and burning a year of his ELC, there could be an argument to be made that burning a year is a good thing depending on the timeline they think that his development will take. It enables the Senators to sign him to an extension 1 year earlier than they otherwise would. This would result in him being more expensive in what would have been the third year of his ELC, but potentially cheaper over the next 8 years of his contract.
He may earn himself a little cup of tea in the NHL before being sent back to juniors for November and the WJC.
Edmonton gave Bouchard 7 games as an 18 year old and that was a positive for him.
