I'm super excited to see Cagnoni and I hope they pencil him into the top power play unit. They're 22nd overall currently and any push to make that better can give the team real hope to be more competitive next season with a Cagnoni that shows he can at least hang in the NHL at evens but can produce on the PP.

Maybe it’s just me, but telling Luca to get high before his NHL debut is something a bad teammate would do.

I hope Cagnoni plays all the remaining games here. Whether he is good or bad, I would like to at least have 2 defencemen on the team I actually want to watch than just watching scrubs be terrible. Get Askarov back up for the rest of the games too when he is healthy. We are pretty much a lock for the worst record anyway. And if the kids somehow cause us to go on a run and lose out on the worst record, that would be great too. Would spark some hope for next season.

If fate wants us to have #1 overall, it will happen with 14% odds instead of 25%.

If Luca is good enough to single-handedly propel this team into 31st place even though we're 4 points behind with one more game played, then perhaps him being the next Bobby Orr is better than any outcome.
